Clean Rooms

Our current way of life is substantially affected by products or processes that depend on the ultra-controlled atmosphere of Clean Rooms for their development or fabrication.

Clean Rooms are regularly employed by industries engaged in: Semiconductors; Biotechnology; Aerospace; Aseptic Food Processing and Packaging; Automotive Painting;  Optics; and other applications requiring ultra controlled atmospheres.

Clean room performance deals with control as required of temperature, humidity, particulate concentration and distribution, air flow pattern, and other factors dependant on the application.

Clean rooms are rated in various “Classes” determined by allowable particle count and size.  Apex can design and install pre-fabricated Clean Rooms from ISO Class 3 (Class 1 Fed 209e) to Class 8 (Class100,000 Fed 209e), and Environmental Chambers from 158F (+70C) to -76F (-60C) using modular components.  We can furnish walls, windows, doors, HEPA/ULPA filters, fans, refrigeration, and humidification as total turnkey package.
