Apex Refrigeration employs 20+ full-time field personnel trained in ammonia, halocarbon, steam, water, boilers and HVAC systems. All are trained, with combined experience in their fields exceeding 200 man years.

All technicians are OSHA safety trained, and have a personal interest in the work they perform. They appreciate the value of client satisfaction, and do their utmost to maintain our standards of quality workmanship.

Apex appreciates the importance of having the right manpower, equipment, materials, and tools available to coordinate with other trades and meet owner’s schedules.

The Apex Way

Apex Refrigeration operates a fab-shop for component package assembly, pipe spooling, and control group pre-fab resulting in a higher quality installation regardless of difficult weather or job conditions. Their customers benefit in terms of time, cost, and quality of the finished product.

All Apex systems are fabricated in accordance with national and local codes.

In heat transfer work, a system which is internally clean is a system that minimizes service attention to bearings, valves, controls, pump seals, and strainers. To achieve this important goal of internal system cleanliness, all Apex systems are fabricated using proprietary welding procedures, and Tungsten-Inert Gas (TIG) welding for the first weld pass (in shop and field). TIG welding eliminates welding slag and scale on the inside of piping, and the damage such material can cause when it ultimately finds its way to critical parts of the system.

Providing quality mechanical systems, requires Apex to invest in the necessary equipment and tools to accommodate project requirements, and produce high quality installations. Apex is well equipped with: a fleet of construction and service vehicles; hauling, hoisting, and rigging equipment; metal forming and fabricating machinery; field generators; and TIG/MIG welders.

All work is performed in accordance with their established quality control practice in terms of pipe welding, testing, evacuation, and commissioning your company’s assurance of a sound, reliable finished product.

Apex maintains contractor licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington.
