Apex Refrigeration has also invested in an in-house rebuild shop. The shop specializes in compressors and vacuum pumps. The process begins with disassembly and inspection. Once inspection of all wear surfaces is compared to factory specifications – machining options, if necessary, are determined. The compressor/vacuum pump is completely cleaned and re-assembled with the necessary new parts (may include shaft seal, bearings, gaskets, o-rings, etc.). Once assembled, clearances are set to factory specifications and the compressor/vacuum pump is painted and tagged.

Apex Refrigeration is available to come to your site and disconnect/reconnect the compressor to your system. Apex also offers hauling to and from the rebuild shop.
